This policy covers the website dotworks.app, operated by Kay Mohnke trading as Dotworks (“we”). Each of our apps has its own privacy policy that explains what the app processes for merchants and shoppers:
1. What this website processes
This website has no accounts, no forms, no cookies and no analytics. When you open a page, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser information in ordinary server logs. If you write to us by email, we process your address and message to answer you.
2. Where data is stored
- Website hosting: Vercel Inc., region Frankfurt (EU).
- Fonts are served from our own domain; no request goes to a font provider.
3. Legal basis and retention
We process log data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days. Emails are kept for as long as the conversation requires and as the law demands.
4. Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest, by emailing support@dotworks.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
